Sales/Marketing Executive

A reputable company with its head office situated in Kumasi (Ashanti Region) is seeking to hire dedicated and hardworking professionals for the following positions: Sales/Marketing Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
• Conducting market research on rival products.
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
• Maintaining client relations.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Qualifications/Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
• Experience in management may be advantageous.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. Strong analytical, organisational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.

• Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
