POSITION: Business Development Manager
Job Description
- Provide country-specific market, competitor, and product information for the Bosch Power Tools Accessories Business Unit (AC).
- To develop & grow accessories sales & turnover in the assigned region (Anglophone and Francophone countries in West and Central Africa).
- Support, train & guide the local sales team to achieve annual growth objectives and Turnover target
- Planning- Sales, forecasting, stock management, range development in the region
- Drive targets: sales, margin, and individual KPI targets
- Effective implementation of Product Promotions across all Channels
- Product Launching activities, stock planning, implementation, achievement of targeted goals
- Collaboration with Key User Manager to identify & develop Key Project Customers
- Dealer development & expansion – regular market visits
- Implementing special distribution expansion projects (Accessories dedicated dealer and Accessories Van)
- Collaboration with the central accessories business unit to develop the retail network.
- Development and implementation of the accessories business strategy
- Coordination and execution of marketing activities, marketing communication material & price-lists
- Firsthand market information gathering by user visits with dealers, Key users, and Artisans
Qualifications
- University Degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Sales)
- MBA with an emphasis on Marketing and Sales will be an added advantage.
Additional Information
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position preferably in a multinational Company
- Experienced in working in a cross-functional agile environment.
