PTW COORDINATOR

Job Purpose & Scope:

  • To ensure permit to work system is implemented in line with Company HSEMS guidelines.¬†
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities relating to daily work permits, develop and approve isolation strategy.
  • Carry out daily audits of the PTW system and provide a quality check on compliance with company policy.
  • Recording any lessons learned during the operation of the PTW System in the Lessons Learned Register and providing feedback to relevant departmental Team Leads.
  • Ensuring that PTW updates/changes are effectively communicated to all personnel.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training of company and contractor staff.
  • Ensuring that new staff is registered in the PTW register at the appropriate level.
