Job Description
The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.
Prior knowledge of accounting and payroll systems is required.
The job location is at Lakeside Estates, Accra, thus candidates must live reasonably close to this location.
Pay range: 1000 – 1200 GHS
Responsibilities
- Respond to client queries, resolve client concerns and understand client needs.
- Provide accurate, detailed and immediate information to clients.
- Payroll and accounts processing.
- Tracking payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices and statements.
- Ensure files are organized based on office protocol.
- Provide support around office as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with payroll and accounts.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
