Description
We currently don’t have a website and we are seeking a software developer who can help us to create a simple static website that we can manage ourselves, using a Content Management System (CMS).
Post creation we also need some basic training on how to use the CMS tool. We have the domain and web host.
Project Roadmap
Step 1
Connect with the NGO to understand their exact requirements: the objective of the NGO, the audience they want to reach out to, and the details of the information they want on the website.
Step 2
Get the approved content from the NGO to be used for the website (content, pictures etc.)
Step 3
Prepare a project plan with milestones and a timeline and expected date of launch of the website.
Step 4
Regularly update the NGO on the progress of the project and make required changes as per the feedback received from the project manager.
Step 5
Once the final website is ready, the volunteer will instruct the relevant NGO staff on how to update content and maintain the website.
Deliverables
A fully functional website with all the required content, training
