MONITORING has started.
Always be sure to have the following items/info till you are through with the monitors :
- Your name
- Academic certificates (including licensure cert)
- Your signed log book
- Your Ghana card
- Your Nss certificate
- Your NABCO reference number
- Your contact
- Your email
- Your residential digital address
- Your place of work
- Location
- Digital address of work place
- Role you play at your work place
- Your supervisor’s name
- His/Her contact
NB: The monitors will seriously scrutinize the aforementioned items/info to ascertain it’s authenticity.
