Job description

ROLE

To receive and handle all customer inquires presented and provide the necessary support required in relation to M-KOPA customer account or product(s) so as to achieve overall positive customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. House Keeping– Cleaning the shop and following 5s standards to keep the shop neat.
  2. Customer Service– Log and resolve all customer issues and assist customers in their inquiry
  3. Stock Management; Physical and system stock receipt and issuance; and stock taking 
  4. Branding: Ensure that all posters, demos, and marketing materials are visible; and present themselves diligently as the face of M-KOPA
  5. Safety: Ensure all COVID guidelines are adhered to in the shop this includes but is not limited to temperature checks, sanitize hands.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS & COMPETENCIES/ LICENCES & CERTIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • At least 1-year experience in customer care, preferably in a phone selling company.
  • Front office management is an added advantage
  • Basic excel knowledge
  • College diploma in any field or tertiary training in customer service
