ROLE: Dispatch Rider
Job Purpose
Accurately record and dispatch outgoing letters, memos and reports to the appropriate destination(s) and recipient(s) using the assigned motorcycle.
Responsibilities/ Duties
- Dispatches letters, memos and external correspondence
- Filing and tracing of letters
- Collect letters from post office
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Key performance indicators
- punctuality at work
- compliance to safe riding and safety rules
- regular maintenance of motorbike
- cleanliness of motorcycle,
- safety and no accidents
Work experience and Skills
- 2 years safe riding record
- Knowledge of road safety rules and regulations
- Understands internal transport policy and procedures
