POSITION: Quality Assurance Officer

Job Summary:
This role provides strategic, operational, and administrative support to the company in the area of quality management, across all business operations. The main goal is to maintain the company’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate & implement quality assurance programs throughout the company according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Perform all relevant tasks to ensure that quality objectives are met, such as creation of awareness, trainings, monitoring and evaluation of QMS.
- Report performance of QMS and Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) to management.
- Ensure promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
- Provide leadership to ad-hoc Quality Committees in quality planning and implementation.
- Coordinate and implement regular internal audit of QMS in the company and plans to address non-conformances.
- Ensure regular review of quality manual, SOPs, and related documents.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality management (ISO 9001:2015 quality management system preferably).
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in quality management, business administration, or related fields.
- Experience in internal auditing and business administration/project management is a plus.
- Must have the legal right to work in Ghana.
