Job Title: Sales Representative – Yale (Ghana)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Firstly, Grow market share in the defined Markets.
  • Secondly, Manage and develop current and new opportunities.
  • Thirdly, Continue to nurture the existing Key account relationships that ASSA ABLOY has in the Market.
  • Moreover, New product launches
  • Additionally, Ensure that your sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Then, Work with the marketing and leadership team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Also, Build portfolio of clients, both existing and new
  • Furthermore, Maintain accurate customer and proposal records
  • More so, Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and demonstrations showing the capabilities of the product range
  • Thereafter, Contract negotiation and management of customer expectations
  • Besides that, Provide the most appropriate solution to satisfy your client’s requirements
  • Again, Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • After that, Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Next is, Achieving budgeted (as a minimum) product revenue and margin – monthly & yearly.
  • Afterwards, Achieving targeted product market share.
  • Last but not least, Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Finally, Present sales pipeline and target reports to business stakeholders

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Essential:

  • Extensive Retail Business experience, Marketing or related field.
  • 5 years + Management experience in trading in retail/wholesale sales.
  • Fluency in oral and written English.
  • IT literacy, with efficiency in Office.

Desirable:

  • Access control, residential or security product sales

Experience

Essential:

  • Experience in selling and managing a complete product range into different market segments.
  • Experienced with a proven record of accomplishment in selling products and solutions into these markets.
  • You will be commercially aware and have an excellent understanding of industry trends and customer demands.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the Country.
