A reputable Company in the hospitality industry invites applications for the position of RESTAURANT MANAGER.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper in Hospitality Management.
- A second degree in Hospitality management is an added advantage.
- Minimum of one year experience in the hospitality industry with emphasis in food and beverage.
Essential Selection criteria
- Firstly, Ability to work and communicate in a First-Class Environment.
- Secondly, In-depth knowledge in the hospitality industry and safety regulations
- Thirdly, Excellent Customer management.
- Moreover, Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes and security.
- Additionally, Expert in time management.
- Then, Impeccable social media marketing skills.
- Also, Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.
- Finally, Willingness to work for long hours and on weekends and holidays.
