Highlights of the role: building a brand, making marketing plans, and communicating
Responsibilities:
Brand Building
- Promoting and building the Crop Doctor (CD) brand
- Crop Doctor will become more well-known in the country, and customers will be more loyal to the brand.
Marketing Plans:
- Work with the CD Marketing Team to make marketing plans that will help you reach your sales goals, especially when it comes to helping with and promoting CD Micromec
- Showroom Operations and Expansions.
- Marketing that is focused on the product and getting new product lines into the market
- Develop market campaign strategies & Area Developments
- Making people aware of products and getting them to buy them
- Get more of the market share
Communication
- Social media marketing
- Making educational materials for a product
- Stakeholder Engagements – Farmers, Distributors, Retailers, NGOs, Agencies
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- Degree in marketing, sales, or similar.
- At least three years’ worth of experience in a similar job.
- Having worked as a marketing executive before.
- A complete understanding of how people buy things today.
- Excellent skills in researching and writing, especially as they relate to marketing.
- Strong skills in leading, delegating, and building up people’s abilities.
- Very well organized and attentive to details.
- Customer service and marketing skills that are up to par
- Strong people skills and the ability to talk to others
- Strong and creative
- Self-motivated and professional in the way they do their work.
- Computer skills
- Reports must be made with a lot of accuracy.
- Keeping things secret is very important.
- Excellent communication skills
