6. HEAD OF PROCUREMENT UNIT
QUALIFICATION
The applicant must
Be a citizen of Ghana
Have completed National Service and possess a certificate to that effect
Have a good Bachelor’s degree in Procurement Business
administration, Accounting, or any relevant field
Have a Master’s degree in
Procurement or any related field Be a member of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Chain Management or any related area
Have at least ten (10) years post qualification experience in a procurement-related field.
Have demonstrated experience in Procurement of Works, Goods, and Services
Understand the Public Procurement Act and donor procurement activities
Have the ability to prioritize multiple assignments in an extremely fast-paced environment to meet deadlines, to exercise good judgment, and effectively communicate with management
Have good knowledge in Project Management and a good understanding of financial
