Hanyang University International Excellence Awards 2023-24 (South Korea)
International students are welcome to apply for the Hanyang International Excellence Awards 2023–24 at Hanyang University in South Korea. All undergraduate programs in the fields of all topics offered at Hanyang University are permitted under the scholarship. There is no set closing date for the scholarship.
Description of the scholarship:
It’s an exciting and colorful experience to be an international student at Hanyang University. With a mix of Korean and foreign students, the university has a diversified student body. The campus is up-to-date, and well-equipped, and offers a wide variety of academic programs in numerous subjects.
The faculty is well known for its knowledge and commitment to instruction. Hanyang University also offers assistance to foreign students in the form of friendly environments, cultural events, and language programs. Overall, international students find that their time spent studying at Hanyang University is enjoyable and enriching.

- This scholarship program allows students to pursue any subject they choose.
Benefits of a scholarship
- Grant duration: one semester
- Award amount: Depending on the evaluation results, recipients will receive a 70%, 50%, or 30% tuition discount.
Nationalities that qualify:
- All nationalities of international students are eligible for this grant.
Eligibility Requirements
- Foreign students with a TOPIK certificate and a minimum 3.0 GPA from the previous semester.
- Those who are already recipients of the GKS Scholarship or other scholarships from other organizations are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
- You would not be eligible for scholarships if you took a leave of absence following that.
- Additional points will be awarded based on TOPIK level.
- Those with active insurance with a current period.

Application Process:
- The announcement will be made on the Office of International Affairs’ official homepage.
- Online applications are accepted twice a year, in March and September.
- Interview: Every March and September in the middle.
