Applications are open for the 2023 Singapore Government Scholarship. Singapore Government Scholarship (SIGMA) is a fully-funded scholarship. The scholarship is open to all International Students. International Students can study for their Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate degree programs. Also, students, after their four-year degree programs can study a direct Ph.D.
The SIGMA will cover all expenses. International Students are encouraged to apply for this fully-funded scholarship.

There are more than 950 scholarships awarded to International Students. Applicants from over 170 countries can apply for the amazing scholarship.

Scholarship Benefit 2023 Singapore Government Scholarship
- Firstly, Full Tuition Fees
- Also, a monthly stipend of S$2200, and will be increased to S$2,700 after the passing of the Qualifying Examination
- Furthermore, a One-time Airfare Grant of up to S$1,500
- Additionally, One-time Settling in Allowance of S$1,000

Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship
- To begin with, it is Open to all international graduates seeking to pursue research
- Secondly, applicants must have good skills in written and spoken English
- Also, applicants must have good reports from academic referees.
- Additionally, applicants must submit GRE / IELTS / TOEFL / SAT I & II / GATE results.
- However, the submission of IELTS / TOEFL / SAT I & II / GATE results is optional and may be requested later by the university for admission.
Documents Needed
Applicants must prepare the following documents prior to application. Importantly, applicants must mail any hard copy documents to SINGA Office.
- Firstly, Passport: A recent passport-sized photo (in .jpeg or .png format)
- Also, Transcripts & Reports: ALL transcripts need to be in English translation
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s academic Transcripts: Bachelor’s Degree certificate(s) scroll(s) or a letter of certification from the university on their candidature if their degree certificate/scroll has not yet been conferred.
- Lastly, Recommendation Letters: 2 Recommendation Reports (to be completed and submitted online by the referees).
