Essence Medical Laboratory Limited Company is a one-stop medical institution dedicated to professional testing of clinical specimens and providing various professional health examination services offering quality diagnostic care to families, corporate entities and medical professionals in Ghana.
- Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- SALARY: GHC 1,000 – 1,200
REQUIREMENT
- Firstly, Must have a bachelors degree in Communication, Administration or related field
- Secondly, Should be familiar with medical terms.
- Moreover, Minimum of 3years working experience in the field.
- Additionally, Ability to handle pressure
- Then, Fast typist
- Also, Basic knowledge in Microsoft suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Moreover, Proficient in the use of office equipment such as printers, photocopier machine etc.
- Finally, A certification in communication skills and office management will be a plus
