The chosen candidate will be in charge of doing the dishes, cleaning the dining room and kitchen, and making sure all the equipment is in good working order. Significant Duties
The Steward is in charge of managing inventories and ensuring that all cookware, glassware, silverware, and serving utensils are spotless and hygienic. Also, the Steward is also in charge of all cleaning and maintenance tasks related to the food and beverage storage, preparation, and service areas and materials. The Steward also has the following obligations:
- Keep equipment and places used for storing, preparing, and cooking food and beverages clean;
- Secondly, keep all locations and tools for washing dishes and pots clean;
- Carefully operate and maintain dishwashing machinery to produce clean, sanitized glass.
- Cleaning up all rubbish from the kitchen, using the garbage disposal, and using the trash compactor;
- Keep inventory control over food and drink, cookware, and service equipment;
- After banquet events, disassembly of all food service supplies and machinery is performed.

- Worked in a luxury hotel environment where guests received outstanding service while maintaining privacy and professionalism
- Exquisite focus on detail
- The capacity to manage several tasks is a requirement.
- Profound interpersonal and communication abilities
- The capacity for efficient communication with team members, department supervisors, and visitors
- Must have a strong sense of community.
- The capacity to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
For most of the shift, the employee must be able to:
- repeatedly move your arms and hands;
- the capacity to push, carry, pull, and raise up to 50 pounds;
- During service hours, standing and climbing stairs nonstop throughout the day;
- the capacity to crouch, bend, kneel, and twist;
- understanding of how chemicals work and how to use chemical feed equipment.
