As a Care Assistant, You will be:
- Giving each of our residents good, personalized care
- Helping them with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and keeping themselves clean.
- Understanding how our residents want to talk to you and adapting the way you talk to each person, such as with sounds, tones, or body language
- Giving people and their families emotional support
- Working with important people in our resident’s life, like friends and family, by giving them confidence and reassurance and involving them in our resident’s care.
