Job Purpose

Here’s what you’ll do as the face of our customer:

Whether our customers are traveling for business or pleasure, you are the professional in the airport who makes meaningful connections and creates an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected.

You will talk to our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at our gates. Also, You will help them with their tickets and bags and greet them as they start and end their trips. You will help customers solve their travel problems and have a great time by being friendly, professional, confident, and knowledgeable.

  • Stepping up and anticipating what customers want while keeping a strong sense of responsibility when we’ve caused them trouble.

  • Getting through problems by being steady and flexible. Keeping your cool and handling problems without taking customer anger personally.
  • Working together with other people, helping your coworkers, and making sure they do well with new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

  • High school degree, GED, or something similar
  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to work with computers, mobile devices, and other new technologies with ease
  • Being able to stand and walk for eight hours, as well as lift and move bags, is a must.
  • Ability to get a SIDA badge and meet airport badge requirements
  • Legally allowed to work in the U.S. without being sponsored
  • Ability to meet the company’s standards for attendance, dress, and appearance
