Roles and Responsibilities:

- Previous expertise with an Automated Material Handling System is required.
- A general understanding of construction sequencing utilizing the most recent construction industry standards is required.
- Must be familiar with the infrastructure of utilities in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities and Roles
- From the Construction Document Phase until Turnover and Closeout, you will be in charge of overseeing, organizing, and administering certain regions.
- Establish and manage site safety that fulfills the needs of the firm and the site.
- Monitor and direct construction activities to verify that costs and schedules are in line with the project budget and that corrective actions are taken as needed.
- Assist in the development of procurement strategy as it relates to bid document evaluation, subcontract bids and recommendations, and contract activity coordination.
- Supervise the creation of schedules, track construction progress using the earned value method, and take action to ensure that timelines are fulfilled and work is completed within budget.
- Prepare monthly construction progress reports and special reports as needed.
- Examine construction cost estimates, including allowances, to ensure they are accurate and reflect the scope of the project.
- Ensure that any construction issues are addressed throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is strongly preferred for this position.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant construction management experience on major construction projects is required.
- Experience working in semiconductor, cGMP, or pharmaceutical facilities is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required.
- Must have a solid project background and knowledge of building construction.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Windows Suite of Software
- The ability to learn, comprehend, and apply new technologies is required.
- Customer service abilities are advantageous.
- It is critical to be able to prioritize and execute activities successfully in a high-pressure setting.

Belarus Work Permits
