Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyzes clients’ exposures, coverage gaps, and loss records to manage a book of business actively.
  • Makes sure that all insurance certificates are issued promptly and precisely, working with a client service assistant.
  • Examine contracts to make sure the insurance plan satisfies the necessary standards.
  • To satisfy our clients’ changing demands, we work with insurers to create coverage choices for newly offered products.
  • Oversees, trains, and seeks to increase the CSA’s understanding of general insurance while guiding internal processes.
