Job Description
Chirano Gold Mine is looking for a highly qualified, proactive, motivated and resourceful person to fill these positions.
1 . Surface Mining & Continuous Improvement Manager
Design & implement an appropriate Business Improvement framework (policies, procedures and processes) for the entire mine. Lead and apply best practices and continuous improvements interventions to deliver sustainable cost, efficiency and personnel health and wellness programmes.

2 . Technical Services Manager
Formulate intermediate and short-term tactical plans to drive the execution of the strategic objectives and to maximize operational efficiencies and profitability.
