Job Specification/Requirement
Duties
Staff in this grade will be required to perform work covering a wide field requiring qualities of sound judgment, initiative, resource, and precision.
Duties may also include
- some training and supervision but may generally be of an executive nature, comprising the critical examination of cases either within or outside the scope of approved regulations or general decisions.
- covering of meetings, typing of reports and minutes of meetings, etc. should also form part of the schedule.
Skills Required/Qualification
Candidates must satisfy the following requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Administration/ Social Science/Management etc. awarded by a recognized university and a minimum of 12 years’ working experience in a University or similar institutions
- Ability to type and
- Must be computer literate.
