Emotional Assistance and Interaction:

• Keep thorough and up-to-date records of observations, care plans, and any occurrences or mishaps affecting residents.
• Completing relevant documentation, including daily logs, progress notes, and incident reports, following established processes.

Group Cooperation:

• Work well together with the nursing staff, other medical professionals, and support personnel to provide coordinated and all-encompassing care.
• To expand your knowledge and skill set, participate in staff meetings, training courses, and in-service education initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills for Care Assistant Jobs in the UK

• Preferably, you have worked as a care assistant before or in a role similar to it.
