Builsa Community Bank Ltd is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for the following position:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on operational, financial, regulatory, and compliance-related audits of the bank.
- To ensure that transactions are undertaken on a sound financial basis and in conformity with internal control systems and procedures, regulations, approved manuals, budget, and policies with the view of protecting the resources of the organization.
- To provide leadership and managerial direction to the internal audit team.
- Plan and carry out audit duties in accordance with audit manual, plan, and programs.

- Meeting with clients interested in taking out a loan and providing them with the necessary information to start the loan application process.
- Collecting the needed financial documentation and assessing the clients’ creditworthiness.
- Calculating and analyzing the risk ratios of clients based on their credit score and financial history.
- Approving or denying loan requests, and communicating your decision to both clients and management.
- Setting up payment plans for clients explaining monthly installment amounts, interest rates, and other costs.
- Maintaining records of loan applications by using loan management software.
- Managing loan renewals by organizing follow-up meetings with clients.
- Monitoring the progress of the loan application process and relaying any hindrances to clients.

- Serve as one point telephonic contact to customers on banking solutions.
- Advise bank customers on financial investments.
- Handle customers professionally.
- Learn about banking products to respond to related customer queries.
- Monitor staff duties like ledger entries, payment and trade authentication.
- Supervise bank processes such as CLS, MISYS and FXALL.
- Investigate discrepancies in bank operations.
- Communicate to Front Office and update department management of branch operations and status.
- Inspect staff preparation of payments and reports.
