Job Title: Human Resource Manager
ASA Savings and Loans LTD is looking for a suitable qualified person for the position of Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Firstly, Implement all human resource policies in line with company needs and suggest improvements/reviews as and when necessary
- Secondly, Organise and manage new employee orientation by providing information explaining company policies and relevant benefits and obtaining employee information
- Thirdly, Ensure that company operates within the labor laws as well as the regulatory policies
- Moreover, Prepare and send periodic reports to management and other stakeholders
- Additionally, Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives strong teamwork, professional development and focus on organisational impact
- Then, Maintaining proper records of all staff both manually and electronically
- Also, Coordinate training programms internally and externally for staff
- Afterwards, Help with payroll management
- Finally, Support and promote a positive and collaborative organisational culture
Qualification Required & Experience
- First Degree in HRM from a recognised institution
- Master’s Degree in HRM
- A professional qualification in HRM Managerial role or reputable institution
- Demonstrate high-level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Age limit should not be more than 50 years
