Position Summary
We seek the services of a Maintenance Manager to join our growing team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all installation, repair and upkeep of the company’s facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To begin with, Developing maintenance procedure and ensure implementation.
- Secondly, Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.
- Thirdly, Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
- Furthermore, Keep maintenance log and report on daily activities.
- Moreover, Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
- Finally, Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Requirements and Qualifications
- First of all, Proven experience as maintenance manager.
- Then, Experience in planning maintenance operations.
- Also, Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
- Besides that, Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
- Afterwards, HND/Degree/Certificate in a relevant field.
- Finally, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
