We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
Job Title: Operations Manager
Summary
- The incumbent will be responsible for the direction, coordination, growth and profitability of the company.
- The role also includes staff management, expense control, tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses, monitoring sales and logistics KPIs.
Main Duties
- Establish with Management, Business KPIs and ensure Growth, both in sales & territory
- Monitor sales & financial data and recommend solutions that will improve sales & profitability
- Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures - Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Operations, Sales, Sourcing, and Logistics
- Experience with Forecasting, Material Planning, Forwarding and Customs clearing
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Enterprise Resource Planning software
- The ability to interpret Financial data and allocate budgets
- Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills
- Graduate Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management and/or Engineering field
Location: Accra
Job Title: Technical Sales & Services Manager
Summary
- The incumbent will be responsible for and actively develop sales and Business Development strategies, initiate and sustain growth plans and initiatives to grow the company’s business.
- He/She will be the custodian of the company’s product portfolio and increase market share.
Main Duties
- Actively participate & contribute to the process of achieving profitable sales to drive sales growth
- Develop strategies to leverage the value proposition to sell at a premium
- Provide regular market assessments as it relates to our competition’s value proposition, innovations and activities
- Assess WIN’s & LOSS’s analytically and provide feedback towards product innovations and improvements, sales strategies and methodologies
- Build and sustain long-term relationships that reinforce and support the client’s purchase decision throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct presentations/site demonstrations for potential clients
- Perform general duties as assigned and assist in other areas as workload requires
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales / Business Development with demonstrable records
- Experience with customer mapping and sales forecasting
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Enterprise Resource Planning Software
- Exceptional Customer Service orientation and communication skills
- Graduate Degree in Engineering and/or Business Management
- Minimum of 10 years experience
