Access Bank ELTP for Young Africans 2023

Access Bank is currently looking for young Africans who are exceptional and highly motivated to join its Entry Level Training Program. This is done in order for Access Bank to fulfill its vision of becoming Africa’s Gateway to the World (ELTP). To get the most out of this opportunity, applicants should be enthusiastic about rewriting Africa’s history through the application of technology.

We can enable young African graduates interested in learning tech-forward skills to launch careers in the banking industry and help them master highly sought-after tech skills by providing them with hands-on learning opportunities in subjects such as programming, data science, digital marketing, business analytics, networking, or cyber-security. This will allow us to empower young African graduates to learn tech-forward skills.

ELTP Graduates

  • Candidates cannot be older than 26 years old on the date that they submit their applications.
  • Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Science and a Juris Doctorate must be no older than 28 years old as of the date of application.
  • Candidates are required to have obtained a grade of at least a second-class upper (2:1) from an accredited university.

Eligibility Requirements

The following requirements need to be met by applicants in order for them to be considered for participation in the Entry Level Training Program (ELTP) offered by Access Bank:

  • Graduates from a fully accredited institution with at least a Second-Class Lower designation.
  • Use of efficient problem-solving techniques that can be seen.
  • A desire to work as a team, four, and additional qualities pertinent to the applicant’s area of interest.

Process for Applications

The following procedures are included in the hiring process after the initial step of submitting an application online:

  • Candidates who satisfy the Bank’s requirements are invited to take a written test as the first step.
  • Step 2: All chosen candidates will be invited to our headquarters for an open day. You will gain more knowledge about what we do at Access Bank through this engaging event.
  • Step 3: A panel interview, an essay writing assignment, and a psychometric test.
  • Step 4: The Head of Human Resources’s final interview.
  • Step 5: Successful candidates receive letters of acceptance from training schools.

Access Bank’s Entry-Level Employee Development Program

Step 1:

Consists of inviting to a written test those applicants who the Bank has determined to have sufficient qualifications for the position.

Step 2:

An open house will be held at our headquarters for all of the successful candidates. This event will provide you with additional insight into what Access Bank does while engaging you in a variety of fun activities throughout the course of the event.

consists of a psychological examination, a practice session in essay writing, and an interview with a panel.

Step 4:

The head of the Department of human resources will conduct the fourth and final interview with the candidate.

Step 5:

Candidates who were selected will receive an offer letter in the mail from the educational institution.
