JOB SUMMARY:
Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training and career growth
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate recruitment and selection process
- Design and coordinate training plan in the company and write reports
- Provide support in drafting and reviewing HR policies
- Implement reward and punishment policies
- Handle employee relations
- Handle termination and resignation process
- Handle staff demotion and promotion process
- Perform other lawful duties assigned by superior
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum education of a Degree
- A minimum of 4 years working experience
