Buabeng Books is actively recruiting a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Accra. We are looking for a talented individual proficient in core design software and dedicated to producing high quality visual materials for the publishing industry.

Primary Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that enhance our publications and marketing efforts. Your work will directly contribute to the aesthetic appeal and professional presentation of our books and promotional materials.

Required Skills and Competencies

Candidates must demonstrate practical proficiency and a strong collaborative attitude.
Possess the ability to design attractive, and market-appropriate book covers using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Be skilled in designing clean, readable, and professionally formatted book layouts and interiors using Adobe InDesign or CorelDraw.
Have experience designing effective flyers, brochures, business proposals, and similar marketing artworks.
Exhibit a teachable spirit, accepting constructive feedback and corrections positively.
Demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure all projects are completed to the highest standard and delivered on time.

You should have a keen eye for composition and color theory, ensuring every design aligns with the project’s purpose and target audience.
