QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
LOCATION: TEMA, COMMUNITY 11
Specific Responsibilities:
- To begin with, Ensure the adherence of recipe and standard operating procedures
- Then, Ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products
- Also, Undertaking quality adherence trainings for new and existing staff
- Most importantly, Ensuring the adherence of FDA’s quality assurance standards
- Afterwards, Ensure that the quality control procedures are implemented during every step of the production process
- Last but not least, Designing, implementing and updating of quality check lists
- Finally, Any other assigned tasks
Qualification/Competencies:
- A degree in food science/food safety or any related field
- A minimum of 2 years working experience
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and applications
- Ability to analyze and handle complex situations
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with FDA food safety standards
- Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability
