QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

LOCATION: TEMA, COMMUNITY 11

Specific Responsibilities:

  • To begin with, Ensure the adherence of recipe and standard operating procedures
  • Then, Ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products
  • Also, Undertaking quality adherence trainings for new and existing staff
  • Most importantly, Ensuring the adherence of FDA’s quality assurance standards
  • Afterwards, Ensure that the quality control procedures are implemented during every step of the production process
  • Last but not least, Designing, implementing and updating of quality check lists
  • Finally, Any other assigned tasks

Qualification/Competencies:

  • A degree in food science/food safety or any related field
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience
  • Familiarity with HACCP principles and applications
  • Ability to analyze and handle complex situations
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with FDA food safety standards
  • Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability
