HR/ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: TEMA, COMMUNITY 11

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Day to day Administrative support
  • Design and implement office and Administrative procedures
  • Advertise vacancies, and be responsible for the entire recruitment process
  • Orientation and training for new and existing employees
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees’ concerns/suggestions and resolving them
  • Keeping and maintaining of employees’ records
  • Any other assigned task

Qualification/Competencies:

  • A degree in HR or any related field
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience
  • Ability to analyze and handle complex situations
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability
