HR/ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: TEMA, COMMUNITY 11
Specific Responsibilities:
- Day to day Administrative support
- Design and implement office and Administrative procedures
- Advertise vacancies, and be responsible for the entire recruitment process
- Orientation and training for new and existing employees
- Serve as the primary contact for employees’ concerns/suggestions and resolving them
- Keeping and maintaining of employees’ records
- Any other assigned task
Qualification/Competencies:
- A degree in HR or any related field
- A minimum of 2 years working experience
- Ability to analyze and handle complex situations
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Great interpersonal skills
- Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability
