JOB VACANCY FOR INTERNAL AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

A LEADING COMPANY IN THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY IS LOOKING FOR AN ENTERPRISING, INNOVATIVE, ANALYTICAL, MANAGEMENT TEAM PLAYER, WITH LEADERSHIP QUALITIES TO DRIVE ITS CORPORATE VISION.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• First & Post Graduate degree / professional qualification in Accounting/Finance/Commerce
• At least 8 years post qualification work experience in a reputable audit firm. International working experience is an added advantage
• Must have a strong analytical, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills Be energetic, proactive, dedicated, performance-driven and capable of working under pressure
• Must have a proven problem-solving ability
• Must be FULLY COMPUTER-LITERATE
• Must be a between 40-45 YEARS
• Must have a valid driver’s license

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Firstly, Demonstrate a full understanding of good corporate governance.
• Secondly, Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Thirdly, Demonstrate good working knowledge of accounting software.
• Moreover, Must possess strong knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), monitoring, internal management controls and evaluation.
• Additionally, Ability to develop and implement policies that aligns with corporate strategy.
• Finally, Demonstrate ability to coordinate activities of regulators and stakeholders as well as departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and logistics.
