Job Vacancy for Publicity and Marketing Coordinator
About the Role
The Publicity and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for public outreach activities of the company. The incumbent will demonstrate understanding and familiarity with the art of publicising events and products of a company.
Specifically, the incumbent will:
- Firstly, Contribute to branding of company products to attract the right targets.
- Secondly, Identify appropriate media channels to publicize company products.
- Thirdly, Organize strategic market entry interventions that will achieve effective market penetration of company products and services.
- Moreover, Play lead role in advertising company products and services.
- Additionally, Appear on radio and TV programs to explain and market company products.
- Then, Mobilizing colleagues from within the company to deliver on planned activities.
- Finally, Vet materials published on company websites and social media handles to ensure appropriateness of messaging.
About the candidate
- This is a professional role that requires practical experience and knowledge in the field. We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated experience who has drive and initiative and a desire to explore new territories and challenges.
- You must be a team player and willing to work flexible hours.
- Ability to drive will be an advantage.
Qualifications: Tertiary education
Compensation : Attractive and commensurate with experience.
