PrideMed Healthcare Services, Inc. (PrideMed) is a Health Care Services Agency registered under the Health and Facility Regulatory Agency laws of Ghana. Their objective is to provide healthcare training services and quality healthcare support. This should enable an individual to remain in the comfort of their own home or facility under the direction of a registered nurse or care professional to offer a full range of customized personal care services that can be provided up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For the above reason, Pridemed is recruiting qualified individuals for the position of Physiotherapist

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Firstly, Interprets physiotherapy policies and procedures to stakeholders.
• Secondly, Provides advisory services on physiotherapy expertise to stakeholders.
• Thirdly, monitor physiotherapy Clinical Audits
• Moreover, Monitors compliance with the set physiotherapy standards by service providers in various health facilities
• Furthermore, Coordinate outreach services.
• Then, Monitors and evaluates the implementation of physiotherapy policies and procedures.
• Also, Coordinates the development of the department’s budget estimates
• Afterward, Train in management and leadership
• Finally, Updates junior colleagues about the latest development within physiotherapy through a literature review
