The Opportunity
We are hiring a proactive and skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team. This unique role blends customer support with telesales, requiring you to provide excellent service while actively promoting our products. Job Summary
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for delivering outstanding support and achieving sales targets over the phone. You will combine problem-solving and sales skills to enhance customer loyalty and contribute directly to business growth. Success in this role means balancing service excellence with commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage the full cycle of customer interaction, from inquiry to resolution and sales. Your core duties will include:
- First, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate product information and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
- You will execute structured telesales campaigns to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- A primary responsibility involves maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Furthermore, you will follow up on customer leads diligently, converting warm prospects into confirmed sales.
- You will also stay updated on all products, promotions, and service procedures to provide reliable information.
- Additionally, you will escalate complex issues to the relevant department while ensuring timely follow-up.
- You will conduct post-service satisfaction checks and gather valuable customer feedback to help improve our offerings.
- Finally, you will build positive, lasting customer relationships through professional communication and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Required Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will bring relevant education and practical communication experience:
- A minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in a customer service, telesales, or call center role.
- Prior experience meeting or exceeding sales targets is a strong advantage.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- The capacity to handle high call volumes and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- A results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
