A reputed company located in Accra requires serious, smart, and experienced staff for the following post: Administrative Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Firstly, Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
  • Secondly, Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
  • Thirdly, Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
  • Moreover, Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
  • Additionally, Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
  • Thereafter, Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Furthermore, Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Afterwards, Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
  • Last but not least, Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
  • Finally, Observing the best business practices and etiquette.

QUALIFICATION:

  • A minimum of Diploma or HND Degree
  • And also, Over two years working experience.
