Job Title: Sales Representative

Plato Consult is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at building relationships and expanding market presence. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for cultivating strong connections with architects, developers, contractors, and business owners to accelerate company sales. You will report directly to the Managing Director, playing a key role in our strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of duties essential to our business development:

  • Identify New Opportunities: You will proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities to increase our market share within your assigned regions and sectors.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Growing and nurturing existing client accounts is crucial. You will build strong, long-term customer partnerships to ensure continued business.
  • Promote New Products: You will actively launch and promote new products to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborating with the marketing and leadership teams, you will help develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: Achieving and surpassing monthly and annual sales targets is a primary objective, all while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Client Presentations: You will prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Your role involves negotiating contracts and skillfully managing customer expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Furthermore, you will maintain precise sales records, reports, and forecasts for regular management review.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in contract management, project management, or property development at a senior level.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully selling products and solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and general IT literacy.
