Job Duties
- Providing senior clinical oversight and operational leadership across the Rochford healthcare site.

- Leadership experience at the Band 6 level within inpatient healthcare settings successfully.
- Advanced clinical expertise involving complex operational and patient care situations regularly.
- Strong ability to assess clinical risks and implement appropriate healthcare interventions effectively.
- Extensive understanding of patient flow systems, care pathways, and healthcare access routes.
- Detailed knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and related policy requirements.
- Working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills within healthcare environments consistently.
- Ability to work independently while managing complex healthcare responsibilities confidently.
