You will meet recruitment targets while maintaining ethical practices that prioritize student needs over numbers.
Managing the application process from initial inquiry through enrollment requires organization, persistence, and attention to detail.

Ensure Excellence

You will verify student documents with accuracy and issue offers swiftly, targeting a turnaround within 48 hours.
Upholding academic standards throughout the recruitment process protects the integrity of our institution.

Build Relationships

Fostering trust with students, parents, schools, and partners across diverse markets creates a network of advocates for our university.
Maintaining ongoing communication with prospects keeps Lancaster University Ghana top of mind throughout their decision making journey.

What You Bring to the Role

We are looking for a candidate with the right qualifications, experience, and personal attributes. Here is what you need:

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate persuasively across diverse audiences.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Three or more years of experience in sales or recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
The ability to thrive in multicultural environments combined with a strong understanding of higher education dynamics.
