• POSITION: Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Toptech Transport and Logistics, a prominent Transport and Logistics firm located in Accra, is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all marketing campaigns for its products by executing the most effective strategy.
• Make sure the company conveys the appropriate messages to draw in potential clients and keep current ones.
• Acting as a liaison for the marketing team with various departments such as product management, sales, and customer support.
• Informing management about the advancement of marketing initiatives and providing updates on the outcomes of campaigns.

Day-to-Day Duties

• Oversee and organize marketing and creative personnel
• Spearhead market research initiatives to determine the feasibility of current and existing products/services.
• Generate concepts for fresh campaigns.
• Schedule visits to corporate entities featuring PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales team and various departments to develop successful strategies.
• Oversee ongoing campaigns, making sure their teams adhere to deadlines and accomplish required tasks.
• Examine data to assess the effectiveness of their marketing strategies and generate fresh concepts to enhance brand promotion and visibility.

Required Qualifications or Experience

• A degree in Business Administration (Marketing specialization) or a comparable qualification along with evidence of practical experience.
• Should grasp both conventional and new marketing avenues.
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Capacity for creative and innovative thinking
• Skills in budget management and expertise
• Expert judgment and discretion derived from years of experience in the industry.
• Analytical abilities to predict and recognize trends and difficulties.
• Acquaintance with current trends, technologies, and methods in graphic design, web design, production, and so on.
• Must excel in digital platforms, mobile applications, and social networks.
