POSITION: Senior Specialist, Fintech

Position Summary

Work efficiently with various teams to guide multi-departmental go-to-market strategies, oversee the entire product launch process from beginning to end, and act as the main contact for other team members or stakeholders, promoting active cooperation throughout for a successful product launch.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the complete go-to-market process, coordinating all stages of the GTM strategy to guarantee successful implementation. This encompasses preliminary planning, distribution of resources, managing timelines, and ongoing oversight to guarantee congruence with business goals and effective market entry.
• Work together with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet timelines and reach objectives. Enable efficient communication and collaboration among these teams, guaranteeing that all are in sync with the GTM strategy and striving for shared goals.
• Perform competitive analysis to guide strategic decisions. Consistently assess the strategies, strengths, and weaknesses of competitors. Utilize these insights to recognize market opportunities and threats, and modify the GTM strategy as needed.
• Recognize and tackle possible risks and problems in advance. Create and execute mitigation strategies to manage these risks, guaranteeing seamless implementation of the GTM strategy. Consistently observe for emerging risks and modify plans accordingly.
• Keep informed about market trends to enhance GTM strategies. Regularly observe and assess market trends, consumer behaviors, and industry advancements. Utilize this data to enhance and improve GTM strategies, ensuring a competitive advantage.
• Create and oversee detailed project plans. Develop comprehensive project plans that specify important milestones, outputs, and schedules. Make sure all assignments are finished on time and within budget, and modify plans as needed to handle alterations.
• Create pre- and post-launch checklists and verify that all tasks are accomplished as planned before and after the launch. Create comprehensive checklists for activities before and after the launch to guarantee that every task is executed as scheduled. Perform comprehensive evaluations to pinpoint areas needing enhancement and implement required modifications.

Education

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar area of study is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in financial services, including at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong grasp of Fintech/SMEs and the operational context of Government & International Organizations.
