Job Duties

Lead the development and implementation of responsible AI strategies across campus.
Establish governance structures that support innovation and institutional priorities.
Create practical guidance covering privacy, transparency, integrity, and ethical AI practices.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to manage technology related risks.
Represent the university in AI governance and educational innovation discussions.
Support faculty adoption of effective and responsible teaching approaches using AI.
Develop workshops, instructional resources, and educational support materials.
Design and co teach leadership focused STEM courses each academic semester.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in a relevant technical, educational, or professional field.
Seven to ten years of progressive leadership or institutional experience.

Proven experience translating complex concepts into practical guidance.
Working knowledge of responsible AI principles and governance practices.
Understanding of privacy, academic integrity, and ethical technology adoption.
Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, and inclusive decision making.

Doctoral degree or advanced professional preparation will be advantageous.
