2023-2024 Vodacom Discover Graduate Program for Africans
Africans who meet the required qualifications are invited to apply for the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme 2023–24, which will prepare recent graduates to accept permanent work opportunities at Vodacom.
Graduates can participate in the program and gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, as well as mentorship, coaching, and on-the-job training, all while earning a full salary and receiving all the perks of a full-time employee.

Scholarship Description
The program is a chance for permanent work that is supported by a two-year program of skills training that is specially tailored for the development of future leaders. Candidates will move into a destination role within Vodacom after completing two years of training.
There will be possibilities to apply for more challenging local and international jobs outside of candidates’ comfort zones after the successful completion of the graduate program in order to develop expertise and leadership potential.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Vodacom Discover Graduate Program in 2023, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Must have fewer than two years of post-study employment experience.
- You must be under 26 years old.
- A citizen of South Africa by birth or naturalization, or a permanent resident. Applications from citizens of Tanzania, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, and the DRC are strongly encouraged in order to be considered in those markets.
- You must have gotten an overall grade point average of at least 65% in your completed or most recent academic work.
- Must possess a B-degree (B-Com, BSc, or B-Tech) or higher (NQF 7).
- By the end of 2023, the applicants must have obtained a degree that is at least the equivalent of an undergraduate degree. February 1 and March 1, 2024, are the start dates.
A three-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will only be taken into consideration in the following fields:
- Engineering in electrical and electronic systems
- Engineering for Computer Software
- Information Technology/Information Systems
