Position Overview
Zonda Tec Ghana Limited, a frontrunner in assembling, selling, and servicing commercial vehicles and machinery, is seeking Warehouse Officers for its Warehouse.
Duties
- Overseeing the warehouse and maintaining precise records of vehicle and machinery components.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and stock assessments to verify the accuracy of inventory records and resolve any discrepancies between actual stock and system data.
- Arranging warehouse areas, setting up shelves, racks, and storage zones to enhance space usage, accessibility, and efficiency.
- Track inventory levels and restocking requirements, notifying the Department manager of insufficient stock, excess inventory, or possible stock shortages to ensure prompt replenishment.
Necessary Skills or Experience
- WASSCE/NABTEX/HND in Automotive Engineering
- Should have a strong enthusiasm for vehicles.
- Should be capable of using Excel.
- Should possess extensive knowledge about vehicle spare parts.
- Careful attention to precision and thoroughness in conducting inventory counts, entering data, and maintaining records for branch spare components.
