Leadership Training Program & Study Tour in the Spring of 2024

  • From February 18 through March 1, 2024, in Cambodia

Throughout the Asia-Pacific region, the Leadership Dialogue and Exchange program provides a number of interactive courses for leadership development. These executive coaching-led modules include visits to seasoned development practitioners, thought pioneers, policy experts, and local innovators, among other activities.

Short projects and workshops focusing on leaders’ well-being and self-care are also included in the curriculum. The training modules are focused on developing strategic thinking, skilled decision-making, and the cultivation of critical viewpoints with the overall objective of enhancing leadership potential. Participants work on improving their problem-solving abilities, dealing with change, and implementing cutting-edge leadership and management methods.

Fellows get the chance to investigate practical strategies that create a good impact and advance a deeper comprehension of development through site visits. This program has historically taken place in a number of nations, including the Philippines, Nepal, Mongolia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Singapore, and Korea. It does so by examining theories of change and methods of international development in relation to the local environments in each of those locations.
