About the University of Rochester Scholarships
Over 2,300 scholars and students from around the world attend the University of Rochester. The university’s international community is made up of representatives from over 100 nations, which gives our campuses a lively and diverse atmosphere.
The university is dedicated to accepting a diverse range of international students from different countries, each of whom represents a different culture and ethnicity. We are aware that there are many variables that can influence a student’s capacity to cover the cost of their college education. In certain instances, the University will collaborate with students and their families to determine the financial resources that can be obtained to enable the student to attend.

Scholarship Categories and Benefits
Regardless of socioeconomic situation, the University of Rochester grants merit-based scholarships to first-year and transfer students who exhibit exceptional academic success and promise.
The annual amount of merit scholarships ranges from $2,000 to full tuition.
Every undergraduate applicant who is accepted into the college is considered for merit scholarships.
During the admissions process, students are given merit scholarships, which are then renewed annually, provided they continue to retain full-time status and exhibit excellent academic achievement.
A student may only be awarded one scholarship.
