Job Duties
- Design and develop end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Action Center.
- Lead automation initiatives across insurance and reinsurance workflows including policy lifecycle management, claims processing, bordereaux reconciliation, cession accounting, and premium billing.
- Conduct process discovery workshops and feasibility assessments, producing PDDs and SDDs.
- Integrate RPA bots with enterprise systems such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, SAP, and APIs using REST and SOAP protocols.
- Define and enforce RPA coding standards, governance frameworks, and deployment best practices.
- Mentor junior RPA developers and conduct structured code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT architects to identify and prioritise automation opportunities.
- Monitor bot performance, SLAs, and exception handling using UiPath Orchestrator dashboards.
- Support AI integration initiatives including UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and process mining tools.
- Maintain technical documentation, change logs, and operational runbooks for deployed automations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including MAS standards and internal audit controls.
Job Requirements
- Five to ten years of hands-on RPA development experience, with at least four years focused on UiPath.
- Expert-level knowledge of UiPath Studio, REFramework, Orchestrator, UiPath Apps, and Action Center.
- Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or Python for custom automation development.
- Experience integrating RPA solutions with REST/SOAP APIs, SAP, and database systems.
- Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, Task Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control using Git.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to design and deploy CI/CD pipelines for automation solutions.
