Procurement Executive Job Available at Atlantic Concepts Ghana
Job Description
- Firstly, Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Secondly, Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Thirdly, Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Then, Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Also, Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Afterwards, Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Last but not least, Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Finally, Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Qualification Required & Experience
- 2+ years of experience
- HND minimum
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Attention to detail.
Location: Mataheko, Accra
